Government Agency Partners
Astra and our government agency partners share a common mission: to help start, maintain and expand small businesses. We maintain relationships with the following government agencies, and are actively looking to build new alliances with state and local bodies within our territory:
- US Small Business Administration (www.sba.gov) – Astra and the SBA have a formal commitment to support and advance the other’s mission and interests. SBA support of Astra includes organizing and sponsoring matchmaker events, and collaborating with us on future programming and activities.
- State certification agencies – Astra is actively seeking to form relationships with state agencies to create a fast track process for women-owned businesses to receive state certification following their certification with Astra. If you’re interested in partnering with Astra on this process, please download and complete the Partner Form [insert link to Partner Form].
- Local cities and counties – Astra works with local communities within our geographic footprint to provide training for small businesses that will help them grow and expand their businesses locally. Contact us to learn more.
